Drawing from the regal shawl worn by Murphy’s Prince Akeem, these unique Nike shoes offer a black mesh base that’s underlaid with leopard print for a bold — but not overpowering — touch of texture and style. The unique detailing doesn’t stop there though, as shimmering gold accents appear on the midsole’s backwards Swoosh and are sprinkled through the midsole/outsole’s translucent piece as well. A furry material on both the tongue and heel tab nods further to Price Hakeem’s opulent wardrobe, while an embroidered “Coming To America” text hit on the tongue and a special insole badge complete the look.
