Michael Le Fresh off their Jordan 6 collaboration, boutique The Social Status is taking a surprise job transfer to the Three Stripes, bringing to a life a range of PODs in an effort to bring the model back into the spotlight. In departure from the original, however, the Consortium edition leans more on its lifestyle legs, coming to life from the designs of talented Atlanta youths. Finalists, whose work lends to the aesthetics of the overall campaign, encapsulate this digital chaos quite perfectly, following in the ethos of the two pair’s wild colors. The first, which is mostly black-dressed at its upper, pairs luxe mesh with velvety suedes on top and allows the various segments of the sole to swap in and out between vibrant color. The white, however, is slightly more toned down with its grayed overlays coming surrounded by deep oranges, reds, and purples.
