The UA Curry “Our History” Releases On January 20th

Despite the fact that Stephen Curry has been placed on the inactive list for the past several months due to injury, the three-point god has still made a measurable effort to stay connected to the hoops world through consistent signature footwear releases. His UA Curry 7 has been on a streak of providing more thematic renditions lately as it has mirrored elements of Chinese New Year in addition to some of his childhood interests in NERF Super Soakers and Sour Patch. And to keep this trend alive, it’s now continuing right along with an entry entitled the “Our History” colorway to serve as a commemoration of Black History Month and the architectural work of David Adjaye. Dressed up with neutrals of olive and brown along its rear panels, the basketball model comes paired with a vibrant “Zeppelin Yellow” hue dyed onto its frontal mesh constructions to mimic the tones found on the National Museum of African American History and Culture. Steph was incredibly moved by his visit in February 2018, so much in fact, that he’s given a direct nod to the National Mall attraction by printing its longitude/latitude coordinates on the heel tabs. Enjoy a closer look here ahead and be on the lookout for these to drop on January 20th at the retailers listed here below for $140 USD.
