The Nike Blazer Mid ’77 Drops Soon In Thunderstorm Blue Suede

The Nike Blazer Mid ’77 Drops Soon In Thunderstorm Blue Suede

Arguably the precursor to revived vintage shapes, the Blazer Mid ’77 set the tone for what has become one of the most common trends within the Nike hall of classics. Resembling its most signature form, the silhouette, after a brief hiatus, is back for what is one of its first colorful releases of 2020 aside from Nike SB’s Hack Pack renditions. Complete with white midsoles and its layered forefoot, the pair outfits with little contrast across its suede construction; the Thunderstorm shade of blue composes the presentation almost entirely, even the overlays at the eye stay, the segmented piece at the heel tab, and the raised paneling of the toe cap follow suit. However, swooshes, laces, and the typical patched branding at the tongue prefer neutrals, complementing by way of a soft gray. Grab a detailed look at the pair here and expect a release at Nike.com as well as select shops on January 30th.
