The adidas ZX 8000 “Lethal Nights” Collection Expands With Hits Of Pastel

During the current vintage epidemic, it seems all were affected, even adidas with their recently — and thankfully — revived ZX 8000 series. First dressed up in its vibrant “Aqua” coloring, the pair has since gone on to adhere to more current trends, jumping into the cycle with a snakeskin outfit under the collection moniker of “Lethal Nights.” Now, with its first affixed with brown tones, the execution is finding balance between OG and new as it adds some the signature blue palette we’ve come to associate with the model. The luxe fabrication, however, is still at the brunt of the display but it now arrives in a mix of cobalt scales intermixed with grey shades. Adjacent, mesh seems to prefer the latter as well, even the suede along the side walls follow suit; but across the patent leather stripes, midsole, and heel counter, vibrant shades take over, dosing in hits of aqua, lime green, and pastel purple, respectively. Grab a detailed look at these right here and expect to see a release at adidas.com as well as select shops soon.
