Elliot Santiago Although the appearances from Nike’s Air Max Tailwind IV have been rather scarce up until this point in the year, it’s newer variations have given its audience a fresh perspective of its silhouette through slight modifications of patterns and materializations. Last week, a grade school rendition was delivered with upgrades of topographic themes, and now it’s surprising us with a switch-up in constructions by swapping out its mid-foot paneling for netted transparency. And while this provides a new look and feel for the lifestyle model, the classic runner still calls upon a few doses of throwback DNA through its near-volt accents sprinkled across the midsole/upper taping, in addition to its bevy of teal-colored decor atop its ribbed molds that almost portray a similar look to the OG Air Max 93 “Menthol” colorway.
