Here, however, subtlety is more the name of the game despite the graphic’s choice of the chaotic and visually random. Whereas it scattered more aggressively on the aforementioned models, the Forrest Gump costar only opts to apply it along its overlaid check, doing so in the connected palette of pink and Barely Volt: the former dressing in outlines and the latter sprawled after the fact in puff print. Elsewhere, these same tones wrap the heel tabs of both in asymmetric fashion — the floral notes the left and muted neons the right — with the tongue patches and insoles doing much of the same with the addition of a holiday-themed heart motif.
