The Nike Air Metal Max Is Coming Soon In Turf Green

Either born in the late 90s or the early 2000s, Nike’s latest source of inspiration comes from the aforementioned era’s many unappreciated silhouettes, ones that quickly came and went with little in the way of a rerelease. From the Caged Spiridon to a series of sleek, low profile runners, their forthcoming drops have toured the past exhaustively and the latest to bear fruit is none other than the ever-imposing Air Metal Max. First appeared just yesterday in a clean black and white, the model’s next up has been unveiled to be an alluring Turf Green, the shade the obvious helm of the entire palette. Balanced by white accents — seen at the tooling and much of the lower half’s paneling — the neutral segments the vibrantly colored leathers along the edges of the lace unit, the entire lining, and the various molds that diminish in size as they travel towards the forefoot. Metallic mesh all represented, the retro kit is soon to make way at Nike.com and likely select shops soon.

In other news, the Nike Spiridon Caged is going to return in its OG colors.
