A sixth installment of the outdoor-friendly Wildhorse series is upon us as Nike officially introduces the trail-ready model in a “Spruce Aura” colorway. With a React Foam cushion base that runs the length of the midsole, Nike’s added a horseshoe-shaped pod of firmer foam at the heel for increased stability for the predictable rocky terrains. The outsole lugs are also far more aggressive than previous chapters to further reduce clogging, while a lateral fit-band lacing system helps contain along with the higher cuff.

You might’ve seen the Spruce Aura launch colorway of the Wildhorse 6, which arrives today on Nike.com and select retailers, but several other men’s styles such as the black/grey and the olive/blue are to be expected in April.
