Elliot Santiago Recently, Nike’s Air Max 95 has been commemorating its 25th anniversary with more modernized updates such as its “Pollen Rise” iteration exclusive to Korea, “Mt. Fuji” makeover, and “20 for 20” collaboration with UK-based retailer size? set to debut this week. However, it seems as though it wants to redirect the Swoosh audience’s attention back towards more classical forms as one of the next-in-line releases is arriving in the OG “Pink Foam” colorway. Harking back to the color blocking styles championed by the silhouette’s original “Volt” and “Infrared” options, this next act translates that very same dark to light gradient grey effect for its upper layers, and pastes tiny doses of soft pinks to the Swooshes, lace loops, and tongue logo stitchings. This specific AM 95 rendition has already seen a release in Asia stockists, but it will soon be dropping globally on Nike.com and at select retailers in the coming weeks for $180 USD.
