The Air Jordan 1 High “Light Smoke Grey” Releases Tomorrow

The Air Jordan 1 High “Light Smoke Grey” Releases Tomorrow

As opposed to retro-ing its more sought after original colorways such as the Breds or Chicagos, the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG — arguably the post popular shoe under the Jumpman entity — is taking a slightly different approach for the forthcoming months by spinning off heritage colors in a new way. Following the release of its women’s-focused tie-dye version, the model carries over its releases to the month of July to debut its newest “Light Smoke Grey” update.

Using schemes that speak directly to that of the Bulls franchise that MJ earned six championships for, these AJ1s distribute its titular hues along the buttery suede overlays attached to the forefoot and lower heel, and pair these with ankle flaps that have been dunked in “Varsity Red” paint. The remaining elements of the shoes keep to a greyscale execution as the leathers that compose its base color-block with a white skin, while the collars, Swooshes, and outsoles come clad with black finishes. These will be dropping in both men’s and kid’s sizes tomorrow, July 11th on Nike.com and through select retailers, so take a look at some on-foot shots here below before you try your luck at a pair.
