Elliot Santiago Whether it be Sashiko stitching, brushstroke Swooshes, or thermal gradients, Nike’s popular Blazer Mid ’77 has dressed itself with a variety of interesting decorations in recent memory. And with several weeks of Summer left to go, it’s poised to replete the market with more options for its lifestyle fanatics as it has just uncovered a new variation reflective of the seasonal palette.
Warm sunny days call for pastel utilization, and that’s exactly what this offering presents as its Swooshes are dialed to a muted yellow, forefoot overlays covered in grey-ish blue, and heel panels in a dusty light green. The rest of its constructions go for the clean-and-classic build through angelic uppers/soles, as well as grey suede textures down the throat and toe tips. Peep more images here, and find these dropping in the coming weeks on Nike.com for the usual $100 retail tag.
