Nike’s collection of women’s exclusives have grown dramatically in the past year, releases spanning retro Jordans to a brand new roster of Air Max mainstays. And this season, we’re to see more from the previously debuted Air Max Up and the somewhat older Air Max Verona as they join hands for the “Audacious Air Pack.”
Though the capsule’s namesake would imply loud, brash colors, what is actually poised to release is far more understated and versatile. Both, though distinct in their choice of shape, evoke a premium feel as they compose entirely of neutral shades. The Air Max Up, which is more futuristic by design, utilizes a rougher synthetic along its entire shell, while the Verona opts for a simpler construction of leather panels. Their Swooshes then dress the side with black outline, matching that of their heels whose air units are surrounded by black accents, sail midsoles, and — on the Verona exclusively — gum bottoms. Tongues are also shared from one pair to the other, the fixture bearing a grid print that bleeds into the laces as well.
Grab a detailed look at both options here and expect a release to arrive on Nike.com shortly.
In other news, a White/Cement Zoom Freak 2 was just revealed.
