adidas Continues To Dig Into Running Archives With The Consortium Response X

The adidas archive has been one of the most consistently used sources of inspiration for Consortium‘s design team, most new pairs borrowing from the expansive running category. Next up, which follows the FYW XTA and many a ZX staple, is the Response X or — as some would prefer to call it — the Response CL. A true-to-form recreation in most respects, the pair is poised to be delivered in two retro colorways. While both are hued in white primarily, they distinguish themselves through accents of blue and green: the latter used more pronounced on the profile stripes while the former tone is relegated to a more supportive role as it dresses only the outline of said logo. Neutrals are also used quite different as the cool-toned option prefers brighter visuals in contrast to its complement’s dark grey and black panels. Grab a close up look at the pack here and expect select retailers and adidas.com to see a release on September 5th.

In other news, the Titan 22 Jordan 23 was just revealed in detail.
