Elliot Santiago Known for her expressing herself through various mediums of art including illustration and painting, Ruohan Wang is diving into the world of footwear by partnering up with the Nike team on her own collection. So far, we do know that three silhouettes will be included in this delivery such as the Air Force 1, Air Nike Blazer Mid, and the Air Max 90 Flyleather; the latter which has just now revealed itself by way of official imagery.
Considering that much of the Berlin-based creative’s pieces integrate vivid colors and pictures, it makes perfect sense as to why she would opt to go with a white base layer so that her art can do the talking. Multiple graphics from floral shapes to earth pictures to Chinese characters are dispersed across the entire upper, and paired up next to bright blue toe boxes/Swooshes and purple ankle collars. Below, a neon green mold surrounds the Air bubble which houses a yellow-colored cushioning unit. Grab a closer look here, and expect these to drop via Nike.com on September 24th.
