Although the Nike Air Zoom Tempo NEXT% has yet to see an official stateside launch, the runner has surfaced in a handful of colorways perfect for making a statement at the local or international track. The latest – a predominantly “Bright Mango” ensemble – has recently surfaced on the after-market.
Built with insights from record-breaker Eliud Kipchoge, the silhouette delivers the DNA of a premier racing shoe in a more robust package for everyday use. FlyKnit uppers feature synthetic reinforcement around the toe, and are conjoined at the heel with a high-vis yellow pull-tab sporting “Purple Pulse” branding. Profile swooshes also indulge in the purple hue, although the lateral logo is only presented as an outline. Laces and lining maintain the “Bright Mango” color scheme intact, but ZoomX foam midsoles switch things up with their “White” makeup. The two Zoom Air units at the forefoot, however, revel in the “Volt” hue that’s complemented several of the Swoosh’s previous running sneakers. A black outsole rounds out the pair.
Elsewhere under the NIKE, Inc. umbrella, the Air Jordan 1 Mid has recently surfaced in a handful of experimental arrangements.
