Patta To Release Their New Balance 920 Collaboration On September 20th

After a string of Jordan collabs and a few departures to both Mizuno and Vans, Amsterdam’s Patta has wandered into the doors of New Balance for their latest project. Marketed mostly by word of mouth, the imprint’s take on the relatively obscure 920 silhouette surprises with a sudden release that is currently scheduled for the end of the week.

Subdued in aesthetic, the upper makes use of a bevy of earth tones much like Patta’s past offerings. A dark, chocolate-esque brown coats the suedes at the eye stay, heel counter, and tongue while a smooth nubuck variant dresses the mid-panel underneath a grey-tinged “N” logo. Matching hues surround the logo both behind and forward though without the subtly ribbed texture the letter features; then, elsewhere, the pair further brands with “PATTA 920” embroidery at the heel and further insignia on the silver reflective tongue.
