This Nike Air Max 1 Vandalizes Its Heels With Bright Red Embroidery

Since the start of the Fall season, the Nike Air Max 1 has hit the grounding running, prepared to release not only its Limeade colorway but also a technique heavy collaboration with Denham. Alongside, it seems GRs are poised to complement through colorways replete with additional branding.

Simple relative to the aforementioned, the pair here leads primarily with neutrals: the mudguards are composed with black suede while the midsole and mesh adjacent contrast in a brighter white. Along the profile, metallic silvers bear a more interesting polish, its construction laid over top by black laces and light blue swooshes whose edges bear red contrast stitch. The latter shade complements elsewhere as well, calling further attention to the smaller accents as well as the “Nike” embroidery at the heel, a graffiti-inspired embellishment that effectively vandalizes a more ordinary block logo.

Grab an official look at these here and expect a release to arrive at Nike.com within the coming months.

In other news, the Dunk High Spartan Green releases tomorrow.
