Beaverton is definitely no stranger to pulling inspiration from their Nike ACG lineage and distributing it towards other silhouettes of the brand, especially when it comes to their retro “Hike Nike” theme which recently adorned the Air Max 95. Enlarging this Fall capsule by one, the Sportswear team is welcoming the Blazer Mid to be altered with Autumn/Winter-appropriate colors and functional features.

The standout characteristics of this variation arrive within the wearer’s entry point as the insoles have been graced with the cartoon Hike Nike man, while the surrounding liners have been reinforced with furry fabrics to keep you cozy during the colder months. Externally, they play off of the same muted hues seen on the aforementioned Air Max 95. but orchestrate them in a way that makes the grey more prominent along the lateral/medial walls, while the the throat overlays/toe tips deviate with light tan suedes, and the Swooshes in eggshell white. Moreover, the tongue branding has been slightly altered to spell out “Wild” under its customary branding to reiterate its outdoor influence.
