Michael Le The Roswell Rayguns grow by yet another team member with the debut of this upcoming Nike Blazer Mid. The silhouette, though constructed mostly of neutral white leathers, opens with the fictional ABA team’s signature colors and a number of festive adornments.
The Swoosh, for example, layers on a vibrant, textural sequin to its lateral side, a gold decoration that is then paired up with embroidered piping at the edge. Its medial complement, in stark departure, appears more ordinary as it arcs in an untouched green leather. Adjacent, the white backdrop is covered over top by contrast stitch, one that leans towards a yellow in complement to the aforementioned as well as the tongue and the Rayguns insignia that’s patched onto the heel. Elsewhere, a bit of red then mixes into the crowd along the heel tab as well as the tongue’s Nike branding.
