Jovani Hernandez As the adidas Ultra Boost nears the end of its fifth anniversary, the silhouette has emerged in a handful of versatile colorways atop an all-new 5.0 Uncaged construction. The latest, which arrives on December 10th, boasts a “Grey Three/Grey Six/Cloud White” palette.
The bulk of the Primeknit upper indulges in a light grey tone reminiscent of one of the silhouette’s most beloved inaugural colorways. Multi-directional patterns throughout the forefoot, midfoot and heel deliver darker contrast, working in tandem with the profile 3-Stripes and heel structures for added personality. “ultra boost” branding on the molded clip at the rear sports a metallic silver makeup, further nodding to yesteryear. Underfoot, sole units maintain their tried-and-proven “Cloud White” BOOST cushioning/black Continental rubber outsole combination, which is set to receive a revamp on the Ultra Boost 2021.
