Jovani Hernandez Before arriving in its eco-friendly SUPEREARTH iteration courtesy of Sean Wotherspoon, the adidas ZX 8000 has dressed up in a two-tone “Core Black/Solar Yellow” colorway.
Slightly reminiscent of a collaboration with Metropolitan from March, the forthcoming pair boasts a predominantly “Core Black” scheme across its mixed-materials upper. Hits of the accompanying high-vis tone deliver stark contrast at the “TORSION”-branded lace dubrae, midfoot and heel. Underfoot, midsoles forgo borrowing the “Solar Yellow” hue, but the adidas ZX stabilizing bar visible on the outsole indulges in some of the upper’s flair.
