Jasmine Tang With the multitude of offerings being planted in Nike’s botany-inspired pack, the Blazer Mid ’77 seems to be having a moment. However, the Swoosh does continue to deliver a healthy amount of colorways for its low-top counterpart. Adding to the growing collection of Blazer Low ’77s is a clean, leather-clad pair with red accents.
The design starts with a smooth white leather base with grey suede overlays found on the forefoot and toe. Pops of color arrive as Team Red leather used for the side Swoosh and the heel tab. As a nod to its vintage roots, the model opts for a yellow exposed foam tongue. A herringbone-patterned tread in white is found underfoot to round out the versatile look.
