A BATHING APE Reveals Ladies’ BAPE STA Drops In Gingham And Spring Motifs

Women have undoubtedly been underserved as far as sneakers go. Years back, all of the hottest drops were exclusive to men, with sizes going down only so far. Today, however, things are changing for the better and A Bathing Ape is riding that wave as they’re soon to offer three Ladies’ BAPE STAs right in time for Spring.

The first, which is priced 2,000 Yen cheaper than its graphic-heavy counterparts, adopts a quintessential Spring colorway. Pastels of many a different shade cover the overlays, going from pink and orange to a somewhat more subdued blue and green. Atop, the classic star logo dresses a mustard yellow, further contrasting the white smooth leathers immediately underneath. In departure, the accompanying two prefer busier aesthetic arrangements. Gingham patterns outfit the entire upper, their stripes alternating in color from panel to panel.
