Michael Le This year, Casablanca and New Balance are offering much more than the 327. As teased just a few months earlier, the two have quite a bit instore for the rest of 2021, including this newly unveiled 237.
And though it may differ from its older counterpart in construction, the pattern and total aesthetic are near identical. Overlaid atop the heel and toe are some ornate graphics, one whose repeating shapes layer pink and mint tones atop an off-white base. Adjacent, the underlying base contrasts heavily in white, with perforations adding further texture throughout the shoe. Suedes, then, round off the overlays in muted tans, while the laces, oversized “N” logos, branded labels, and tooling decals complement the aforementioned pastels.
