The Nike Zoom Type Covers Itself In Blue Nylon Exteriors

Despite the Nike Air Zoom Type seems to spend most of its time under the radar, the 2020 silhouette has developed a roster of inventive propositions by switching out its customary suede uppers for other materials. Following the release of several nylon-based models, the next to join is a Baby Blue pair that incorporates hits of Volt.

The Zoom Type applies the Baby Blue shade to its nylon uppers, which see a gridded pattern throughout. Elsewhere, the same shade is used on elements such as the leather eyestays and suede tongue for a tonal design approach. While the blue is rather dull, neon pops of Volt compose the honeycomb-patterned Swoosh, Air unit, and contrast stitches to offset the aforementioned color. The signature double-stacked foam sole completes the arrangement for a futuristic, outdoor-ready look.
