With recently-surfaced images of new Nike Blazer Low releases featuring all-over printed graphics and grass-like textures, the 1977 style seems to be entering an era of creative arrangements that go beyond its usual typical GR schemes. The silhouette continues to deviate from its usual suede and leather details as it joins the Air Max 97, Air Force 1 and other Nike favorites for a collection that can be characterized as an ode to USA-made denim.
The style starts with a typical, smooth white leather base with tonal suede overlays on the toe and forefoot. Patriotic details are found elsewhere, boasting the national colors. Navy denim with obvious white threading is applied to the side Swoosh and heel tab. As for the use of red, the bold shade coats both the insides and the insoles of the model. The All-American look is complete with a silver Nike-branded lace dubrae—an element that has rarely appeared on this heritage style.
Check out the official images here below before the pair hits Nike.com in the near future for $75.
In other Swoosh-related news, the Air Max 90 is getting covered in mint green for an Easter collection.
