Paul George’s Nike PG 5 Goes “Beige” And “Gold” For Its Latest Look

Paul George’s Nike PG 5 Goes “Beige” And “Gold” For Its Latest Look

Following a tough loss to the Dallas Mavericks, which led Paul George to vocalize frustration over non-calls, the Nike PG 5 has surfaced in a new “Beige/Gold” colorway.

Unlike the pair prepped for the recent NBA All-Star Game, the forthcoming take on George’s fifth signature sneaker forgoes any fishing-inspired color palette for an understated, earth tone-laden style. The mixed-materials upper indulges in varying shades of the pale yellowish-brown hue, while complementary details – swooshes, heel pull-tabs – boast a shimmering golden color. Underfoot, the forward-thinking midsole solution maintains a simple white arrangement, although “AIR”-branding on the lateral mid-foot bring some of the upper’s flair down below. Furthermore, the isotopic tread features a light gum brown finish that proffers functional and fashionable benefits.

Enjoy official images of George’s latest sneaker here below, and anticipate pairs to hit Nike.com before the 2020-21 NBA season ends.

Elsewhere under the Nike Basketball banner, the Air More Uptempo is set to launch in a vibrant “Light Citron” soon.

Updated April 6th, 2021: A release date is scheduled for May 1st, 2021.
