The Nike Air Max Plus III (3) doesn’t boast the same popularity of its original Tuned Air-counterpart, but it continues being a bold staple within sneaker rotations overseas. For its latest style, the early 2000s-model has indulged “Ghost Green” detailing that could very well pass for an original colorway.
Known in London as the “Tn3,” the silhouette sports an aggressive design language that upped the eye-catching ante from the inaugural Air Max Plus. TPU overlays atop the mesh, gradient upper work in-tandem with a future-forward heel structure to deliver a look into the Swoosh’s aspirations at the turn of the century. As aforementioned, “Ghost Green” animates the shoe in a fashion similar to its original “Hyper Blue” and orange iterations. A “Freshwater”-reminiscent tone enters the mix across branding, while “Black” and “White” fill in the gaps.
