Sneaker News Nike Skateboarding’s annual recognition of the fictional yet globally celebrated 4/20 holiday has been revealed to be this special SB Dunk High covered in Hawaiian floral prints. But it’s more than a mere application of a pleasant pattern, but rather a tribute to Maui Wowie aka Maui Waui known for its sweet, tropical flavors. Nike SB’s interpretation of that regional strain is depicted via the aforementioned upper pattern that can be torn away to reveal a grassy green suede layer beneath reminiscent of the legendary Skunk Dunks. Hemp-like materials are also evident on the entirety of the tongue as well as the Swoosh logo, while custom insoles further tell the story.
