The Nike Air Max Verona hasn’t dethroned other propositions using visible Air cushioning, but it’s delivered dozens of compelling styles to savvy, fashion-forward consumers since relaunching in early 2020. For its latest outfit, the women’s silhouette indulges in a summer picnic-ready arrangement.

Akin to a recently-surfaced Blazer Low, the forthcoming pair features a predominantly pink and white base accompanied by contrasting light blue and yellow accents. Picnic cloth-reminiscent gingham also makes its way onto the newest Air Max option, overtaking the inner lining, label on the tongue and pull tab at the heel; a keychain accessory packaged with the shoes also features a gingham ribbon. Elsewhere, the women’s proposition indulges in woven construction around the collar opening, which surely increases breathability while also nodding to the build technique oft-associated with picnic baskets. Underfoot, sole units opt into a medley of pastels, with the Airbag boasting a gradient that harkens to the lemon graphic found on the tongue label.

A Nike.com release date is unknown, but this women’s Air Max Verona is likely to launch before summer ends. While you wait, enjoy official images of the shoes ahead.
