The Air Jordan 1 Low Breaks Out The Pastels Right In Time For Spring/Summer

The Air Jordan 1 Low Breaks Out The Pastels Right In Time For Spring/Summer

For Lows, there’s no better a time than Summer. And, thankfully, Jordan Brand has us more than taken care of as they’ll soon bring out a strong number of Air Jordan 1 Low colorways.

Few, however, are quite as bold as this upcoming pair, which leaves very little room for neutrals. Only the midsole and tread are made understated, dyed an off-white and light grey, respectively. The upper is where things get a bit chaotic, as the construction alternates between an extensive palette of pastels and various materials. Light, aqua blues dress the lateral mid-panel, while the side opposite opts for pink; above both, the eye stay is hued a cool tone, though the material changes from canvas to a more robust leather. Forward, the toe pairs purple overlays with a lighter base, mimicking the interaction between the tongue/collar and the inner lining. What’s more, the laces, Swoosh, and branded tab round off the scheme with a light cream.
