“Deep Royal Blue” Appears On The Latest Nike Blazer Mid ’77 “First Use”

Nike Sportswear’s “First Use” collection has recently added another style to its roster by way of a Nike Blazer Mid ’77 clad in “Deep Royal Blue”.

Unlike a previously-seen iteration of the once-basketball-court-classic, the forthcoming pair indulges in a soft suede construction throughout its upper, not leather. Swooshes, however, maintain their mismatched arrangement, with medial ones boasting a perfect composition in “White”; by comparison, lateral side logos are applied in a vintage style, sporting a less-refined shape. A nod to the first use of the Carolyn Davidson-designed mark appears right below the swoosh: June 18, 1971. Elsewhere, hits of “Orange” enter the mix on the tongue and heel, both donning old school “nike” branding. An all-“White” sole unit rounds out the pair.

Enjoy official images of the latest Blazer Mid here below, and anticipate a Nike.com launch before June ends.
