Instead, the iconic silhouette has emerged in handfuls of experimental takes, showcasing the versatility of Bruce Kilgore’s 1982 design. Up next on its calendar is a high-quality Craft version clad in “Sail/Dark Beetroot”.
Akin to previous premium iterations of the once-basketball-court-staple, the forthcoming pair indulges in a simple look across its leather base. “Dark Beetroot,” then, enters the mix across the profile swooshes, tongue label branding, upper heel panel and outsole; its application on the leather components various from former Air Force 1 Low options as it helps animate perforated material. Underfoot, sole units don’t detract much from the aforementioned build, but boast “Dark Beetroot” stitching right below the “Sail” leather body.
An official Nike SNKRS release date is unknown, but this premium Air Force 1 is likely to launch throughout summer. In any case, enjoy images of the pair ahead.
