The Retro-Themed “First Use” Pack Touches The Modern Nike Vapormax Evo

By now, Nike’s “First Use” collection is shelves upon shelves deep, spanning near every silhouette under the brand’s belt. And soon, if the variety wasn’t already overwhelming, the Vapormax Evo will join the conversation.

As one of the Swoosh’s newer propositions, the model doesn’t have much history to draw upon. Instead, it opts to celebrate Nike past in general, incorporating two orange shades near synonymous with the imprint themselves. And while black neutrals dress elsewhere — atop the suede mudguard, fully tinted Vapormax bubbles, and synthetic base — the spirit is still observable thanks to the lace unit’s gilded accessory and the tongue label’s vintage-inspired insignia.

For a closer look at this upcoming Vapormax Evo, see the official images below. A release is sure to hit Nike.com alongside the rest of the pack soon.

In other news, the Air Jordan 5 Oreo is making a return later in the year.
