The PlayStation 5 x Nike PG 5 Flips In Blue

The PlayStation 5 x Nike PG 5 Flips In Blue

Today, it’s still near impossible to get your hands on a PS5 without paying through the roof. The upcoming PlayStation-inspired Nike PG 5, on the other hand, may be a bit easier as it’s to arrive in an alternate dark blue colorway very soon.

While the white pair pays homage to the console itself — design, look, feel, and palette — this pair seems to draw from a different source. The tongue, lining, collar, and sole still keep the neutral shade, though, with Sony and Paul George insignia embedding over top. Darker blues dress the mesh base and textured leather side panel, however, the latter clad in a graphic and gradient that ostensibly mirrors the PS5’s ambient home screen.

For a closer look at the official image see below. It’s likely these will follow the release of the aforementioned, hopefully appearing on Nike SNKRS on June 17th.

In other news, the Yeezy Foam Runner Mineral Blue further expands the silhouette’s breadth.

Updated June 24th, 2021: Nike SNKRS Exclusive Access for this colorway is here (check for access).
