While it’s no secret Kyrie Irving is “box office,” as told by Stephen A. Smith, the current Brooklyn Nets guard has yet to prove himself in the 2020-21 NBA Playoffs. If his latest Nike Kyrie 7 colorway is indication of anything, however, it’s that the 29-year-old is confident he will win his second ring alongside Kevin Durant, James Harden and the rest of the Steve Nash-coached squad.
The majority of the pair’s composite textile upper is clad in “White” while branding and supporting components throughout the upper introduce “Black” and “Metallic Gold” contrast into the mix. As with Irving’s previous celebratory footwear, the forthcoming pair’s boldest statement arrives via the shimmering tone that takes over everything from tongue logos to profile swooshes. Yet, it also animates the personalized NBA ring on the heel, a message that the “Uncle Drew” actor surely believes he’ll end the current Playoffs an NBA champion.
Enjoy official images of the latest Kyrie 7 ahead, and anticipate a Nike.com launch before summer ends.
