The Nike Overbreak Returns In Simple “Black/White”

Partly unveiled among Nike ISPA‘s mid-2020 collection, the Nike Overbreak has recently surfaced in one of its simplest colorways yet: a “Black/White” ensemble reminiscent of a previously-seen collaboration with UNDERCOVER.

Effectively a hybrid of the Nike Daybreak and OverReact, the model maintains a mesh and suede upper dipped predominantly in “Black” on its latest proposition. Profile swooshes and laces join the Nike React foam sole unit in delivering stark off-white contrast into the mix. Unlike other silhouettes that’ve utilized the North American brand’s proprietary cushioning solution, the experimental design forgoes any two-tone arrangement across its outsole. Instead, the tooling opts for a tonal makeup that inherently boasts an eye-catching composition.
