For most GRs, variety is king. And the Vapormax Flyknit 2021 doesn’t slack at all in that regard, expanding its colorways ten-fold seemingly every month. Here, yet another iteration is seeing the spotlight, this time pared down with navy and sparing pops of volt.

The upper threads from a dark navy spool, one lightly speckled with scraps in action of the Swoosh’s “Move to Zero” initiative. Underfoot, Grind rubbers offer a similarly sustainable finish, both its look and palette aesthetically identical to that of the upper. Then, over top, black webbing and laces fasten down the instep, scored with blue stitching alongside. This complements the fill of the check immediately below, but not its Volt outline nor the matching branding and lining.

In other news, the Air Max 90 Malt brings some “Escape” energy.
