Michael Le It’s likely that only long-time fans of the Nike Air Woven will be happy about its comeback. Though by no means a universal design, the silhouette is one of this year’s most exciting Retros, returning in not just “Multi-Color” but also this black colorway.
Following a near three year hiatus, the silhouette is back once again, offering up the same design improved upon since the early 2000s. Here, the construction offers the sleek, snug standard, stitching underfoot its weaves a slim but cushioned Air-packed sole. Clad in white, the latter clashes with the dark look of the upper whose suede panels and threads — save for the subtle hits of olive as well as purple — arrive near entirely in black.
