But most of us didn’t expect the one and only Kerwin Frost to deliver the most terrifying adidas Forum Hi yet. To alleviate the shock from the pair’s reveal, adidas has just dropped a Forum Low with soothing pink accents and details that give back-to-school vibes.
This new release sports an all-white base composed of Primegreen materials. Even the midsole piece and the midsole itself are in white to maintain a sleek look. The signature Side Stripes opt for a pink chenille build and are animated by black outlines for a look reminiscent of varsity jackets. Furthermore, the midfoot strap ditches its usual leather composition for nylon webbing that may allude to the straps found on school-ready backpacks. Branding on the tongue also deviates from released styles by exhibiting perforated text. “Paris” is printed on the strap and insole to round out the design—perhaps as an allusion to the city’s street style that may have influenced the design.
