As the Nike Dunk Low continues to infiltrate sneaker wish-lists and rotations everywhere, it’s seemingly exploring every color of the rainbow via its original two-tone, college-inspired arrangement. For its latest proposition, Peter Moore’s iconic 36-year-old design has paired a dark scarlet tone with white.
While sources have dubbed this colorway the “Bordeaux,” the pair is more likely another “Team Red” style from the Swoosh, as the purplish hue most often associated with the Air Jordan 7 is seldom used. Additionally, this low-top would match a previously-teased Nike Dunk High. The titular red color takes over all of the model’s signature overlays, as well as outsoles and “NIKE” branding on the tongue label. Panels and components in-between, then, opt for a simple “colorless” makeup that allows for the aforementioned hue (be it “Bordeaux” or “Team Red”) to revel in the spotlight.
Enjoy official images of this low-top Nike Dunk ahead, and anticipate a Nike SNKRS launch soon.
Elsewhere under the Swoosh empire, the Air More Uptempo has recently emerged in handfuls of non-original, but compelling styles.
