Commemorating the ingenuity of its first official employee, Jeff Johnson, the upcoming pair indulges in a plethora of tones and materials as a nod to the scrap-based combinations the craftsman cobbled together in the New England throughout the 1970s. While not as eye-catching as previously-seen Air Max propositions under the same collection, or even other takes on the waffle sole-donning silhouette, the latest option to surface keeps the brand’s resourceful and innovative spirit alive, boasting shades of green and black alongside hits of orange and fluorescent red.
