Jasmine Tang Amidst the viral craze that is the milk crate challenge dominating social media feeds, the Social Status x Nike Dunk “Chocolate Milk” has been coincidentally scheduled to be arriving soon. A highly-coveted collaboration, this “Free Lunch” style will be available to purchase via both an in-store raffle and an online launch.
Chocolate milk tones, velvety textures, and mini Swooshes create a fun style that is available in both adults’ and kids’ sizing. With details such as custom tags in the form of Free Lunch meal tickets, the arrangement is inspired by summertime free lunch programs and their impact on underserved communities. The significance of these programs is further explored in the “FREE LUNCH” short film Social Status released as part of this collaboration.
To make a pair your own, a Local In-Store Raffle Entry will be active on the Social Status, A Ma Maniére, APB, and Prosper websites from August 30th to September 2nd. No walk-ins will be permitted and appointments must be set on the website to validate the entry. The official launch will then take place at socialstatuspgh.com on September 4th at 11AM EST.
