Michael Le BAPE has really hit their stride in the past few years. Following the long-awaited, relatively true-to-form return of the BAPE STA, the brand began to foster their external partnerships, issuing further collaborations with big names like Reebok. Soon, said collection will grow even further, inclusive of not just an Instapump Fury but also another rendition of the beloved Club C.
This pair, unlike its predecessor, is lighter on the color. And while red and blue may be integral parts of the palette, they leave little to no impression as the shades only dress the stitching throughout. White leathers compose the rest of the construction, keeping intact a look the silhouette has become iconic for. Even its classic branding — complete with the Union Jack — are found along the side, placed at the lateral of one foot and the medial of the other. Opposite, the Japanese streetwear legend’s star is displayed, complementing the logo hits along the tongue and heel.
