Footpatrol’s Mizuno “Artefact Pack” Collaboration Draws From Old Japanese Ruins

Footpatrol’s Mizuno “Artefact Pack” Collaboration Draws From Old Japanese Ruins

The folks over at Footpatrol have recently unveiled a three-sneaker capsule with Japan’s lauded Mizuno brand. The inspiration for the “Artefact Pack”?: Old Japanese ruins, pottery and other commodities that’ve been unearthed via excavation projects in Japan.

Starring the Mizuno Wave Prophecy, Wave Rider 10 and Mujin TL, the collaboration opts for a an overwhelmingly muted color palette. All three sneakers don sand and pale blue arrangements that harken back to the aforementioned artifacts that’ve been found throughout Japan’s history. Mizuno’s performance-oriented technology is paired with easy-wearing aesthetic courtesy of the London boutique. Together, the two parties have created three options that are sure to garner an urban legend of their own decades from now.

Enjoy campaign imagery of the collection here below, as you wait for pairs to hit Footpatrol.com on September 25th.
