The Gazelle and Samba are two silhouettes of the adidas catalog synonymous to timelessness. At one point the top choices for on-field footwear, the Gazelle and Samba have since enjoyed a second life as popular lifestyle footwear options while branching out to other categories such as skate. For this upcoming collaboration, adidas is honing in on its core legacy by collaborating with the LA Galaxy football club, delivering the mainstays in team-specific colorways that any Galaxy fan would covet.

The Gazelle gets covered in the classic club colors of navy blue suede and white leather accents, with gilded detailing appearing on the heel logo as well as the foiled text adjacent to the stripes. The Samba opts for suedes and leathers flooded in cream and tan to represent the away “Heart Of Gold” kit, a tongue logo with the Galaxy emblem, and the city of Angels printed on the upper. Both feature the official crest of the club on insoles. Additionally, a special friends and family version of all-black will be available on November 10th exclusively at FootyCon through the NTWRK App.

Finally, adidas teamed with footwear customizer Factory8384 to create a one-of-one Samba 2.0 and Gazelle to commemorate the partnership; both will be available exclusively through the adidas Creators Club, with sign-ups open from 11/15-19. Winners will be announced on 11/19.
