The Nike Air Force 1 High Utility Dresses Up In “Light Bone” For Winter

The Nike Air Force 1 High Utility has been a go-to option for footwear enthusiasts who’d much rather the comfort of sneakers during the fall and winter seasons. As 2021 winds down, the silhouette has appeared in shades of off-white pair.

While free of any GORE-TEX technology, the newly-surfaced offering features a mix of weather-ready materials across its top and bottom halves. Smooth synthetic leather takes over much of the upper, as it does on standard iterations of Bruce Kilgore’s iconic Air Force 1. Lining at the upper panels’ edges indulge in a rubber-like material that also appears on the Velcro-assisted lockdown strap around the collar. Pull tabs at the heel introduce new functionality to the sneakers, although they’re overshadowed by the modified sole unit underfoot. A taller midsole couples with “serrated” tread for a ride that keeps wearers higher on the ground while proffering proven traction.

Enjoy official images of the pair here below, and anticipate a Nike.com launch soon.

For confirmed releases under the NIKE, Inc. umbrella, check out the “Cool Grey” 11 (Air Jordan) arriving on December 11th.
