Michael Le The Nike Air Max 90 has undergone a vast amount of transformations over the course of the past few months, each bolder than the last. But with its newest kids’ colorway, the silhouette opts for something far simpler, dressing only a few of its parts with bright hues.
This is mainly done atop the midsole — specifically, the ribbed parts that surround the Air unit. From left to right, the fixture gradates from a bright, fluorescent red to an equally loud “Volt;” the middle proffers a bright orange, one used again for the Nike branding at the tongue. Adjacent, black neutrals finish the side Swoosh and heel emblem, both of which stand out just as much as the aforementioned due to their grey and white dominant background.
