Sneaker News As we begin to close out yet another confusing year, the releases are gradually beginning to slow. And while it’s not certain whether they’ll arrive by Christmas, there are plenty of Air Jordan 1s to help ease us into the new year. Among them, the “Handcrafted” is soonest up, landing this Saturday in its muted multi-color.
In essence, the “Handcrafted” (or “Crafted,” according to the brand) is a nod to what the Air Jordan 1 has become, a fashion icon. This version simply elevates the shoe with an artisanal feel, blending together premium hits of leather, nubuck, canvas, and the like. Reflective accents dress alongside, brightening up what is otherwise a drab arrangement of dark browns, deep purples, subdued greens, and the usual neutrals. Additionally, the Wings logo has been stitched on to further the “Crafted” effect.
Enjoy another close-up look at the release below and expect it to hit Nike.com and select retailers on December 18th.
In other news, the Air Jordan 3 Cardinal is landing later next year.
